Like I mentioned in some of my previous posts, what determines your weight loss is calorie balance (food intake vs energy burned). You can estimate your average weekly weight loss and figure out how many days it will take you to reach your specific weight loss goal.
As I will explain in this post, this is the wrong question to ask. There are many diets out there: Keto diet, Intermittent Fasting, Paleo, diet based on your blood type, vegan, vegetarian, Atkins, caveman diet, cabbage diet and all sorts of crazy diets that you didn’t even know they existed.
One of the most common health/fitness goals is weight loss. There are 3 main ways to achieve this:
- Diet+ Exercise.
Besides muscle mass, there are many other factors that affect muscle strength. You might have seen people who look "weak", but when they start picking up heavy things you get surprised at how they are able to achieve such feats of strength considering the size of their muscles and body stature.
