MEAL TEMPLATES
Even though counting calories and macronutrients (I.e. protein, fat, carbohydrates) is a more precise method of controlling food intake, many find it tedious and difficult to stick to. In addition to this, simply counting calories may not help with healthy eating.
Meal templates allow you to simplify the healthy eating process and teach you how to adjust your nutrition based on your goals and the results you are getting. We divided all foods into categories based on their predominant macronutrient content whether that is fat, protein or carbohydrate. For each meal, you will pick and choose what you want to eat to give you enough variety, while not straying too much away from what you need to eat in order to reach your health and fitness goals. |
