Nemanja Sambaher (Nem) is the Owner/Founder and Lead Kinesiologist at TO Kinesiology. He has a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Personal Trainer certification. Nem has been involved in the health and fitness field for more than 15 years specializing in exercise programming for clients with injuries, medical conditions, and those seeking to maximize longevity, overall fitness and body composition (muscle gain/fat loss).
Nem is a published author with a strong science background. His work has been featured in scientific journals like Neuroscience, Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports, Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research and Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. As a writer, Nem contributed to online publications like Stack.com, Running Room and Applied Physiology, Nutrition and Metabolism. He is also a member of an expert review panel for a popular fitness website A Workout Routine along with some of the top physicians and registered dieticians. Having experience in a clinical setting, corporate environment, fitness industry and as a university researcher, Nem offers a unique approach to health and fitness. As a kinesiologist and a personal trainer, Nem helps people improve the way they move, look and feel. All sessions take place in a fully private gym (you will have the whole space to yourself) with specially curated equipment to ensure maximal muscle and strength progress while minimizing joint strain. - 2-on-1 Personal Training - $190+hst/session
- 1-on-1 Personal Training with Essentials Fitness Testing - $449+hst/session
- 1-on-1 Personal Training full Medical Fitness Testing - $1100+hst/session (Longevity or Wellness focus). In-depth assessment of your strength, movement, physiology, and biomechanics. Post-session plan and program creation based on test results. The plan might include biohacking methods to further maximize the results, like Red Light Therapy, Halotherapy, and two different types of saunas (Infrared Sauna + Wet/Dry Sauna).
