EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
You'll be working with a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Kinesiologist with a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. We worked with hundreds of clients just like you who wanted to reverse diabates or better manage the condition through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.

WORKOUT PROGRAM AND COACHING
Your program will be designed specifically for you and no one else. Our programs offer more than just focus on diabetes management. Whether you have type I or type II diabates, we’ll also address issues of mobility, gait, poor posture and help you build an overall healthier body and lifestyle.

NUTRITION PLAN AND COACHING
We won't ask you to cut out foods you love, but instead teach you how to make them work for your goals. Sure, you'll have to make few adjustments, but you won't have to ditch social events and tasty food to suceed. You'll learn how to eat for your goals and sustain healthy habits.

ONLINE ACCESS
In addition to in-person training and ongoing nutrition coaching, you'll get login details to your own personalized online TO Kinesiology account. Amongst other things, here you'll be able to track your progress, check your programs, upcoming/previous workouts and get access to our extensive educational library (videos, articles, recipes, ebooks, recommendations, etc.).

ACCOUNTABILITY
Having access to your online program creates the accountability you need outside of your in-person training sessions. This way, you have a coach in your pocket at all times, and not just when you are training together. Going on vacation and need some workouts to do at the hotel gym? Traveling for work and need some on-the-go healthy food recommendations? We got you covered.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Most trainers and gyms have a strict 24-hour or 48-hour cancellation policy, or you lose your money. Not here. All that is asked is a 12-hour notice OR that you reschedule for another day and time during the same week. That’s it. Things happen. Schedules change. We'll do our best to cater to your schedule and support you throughout the process.

1. COMPLETELY INDIVIDUALIZED
Your program will be written from scratch to your unique goals, exercise experience and circumstances. You can also let us know where you want to workout and what equipment you have access to and we'll get to work.

2. TRAIN TOWARD MULTIPLE GOALS
Our programs offer more than just a physical transformation. We’ll also address issues of mobility, poor posture and help you build an overall healthier body and lifestyle. You can also send us videos through our app of you exercising so we can check your form.

3. ONGOING EDUCATION
Every aspect of your training program will be fully explained as you go along, constantly adding to your understanding of your body and key fitness principles. This will equip you to fully handle your own training if we part ways.

2. EASY TO FOLLLOW
Taking into account your lifestyle, preferences and urgency of your goals, we'll figure out the right nutrition approach for you. This might include habit based coaching, calorie tracking, meal templates, etc. With access to 24/7 support and guidance you'll be set up for short- and long-term success.

3. EDUCATION AND ANALYSIS
We know that your education is important for long term success. We'll teach you tips, tricks and nutrition science so you are in control of your eating. We'll analyze the progress together and explain the reasoning behind each decision.

1. EMAIL/TEXT SUPPORT 24/7
We are here for you whenever you have any questions or need support so you’re never stuck feeling confused or unmotivated. Whever you have any questions, send us text or email and we'll reply within 24 hours but most times, much faster.

2. MONTHLY REVIEWS*
Every 4-6 weeks we'll do a summary and progress analysis, to ensure you are staying motivated, enjoying the coaching process and progressing at the right pace. During this time we'll also decide together what program adjustmens we need to make.

3. DAILY/WEEKLY CHECK INS*
If need be, we'll check on you every single day via text or email to ensure you doing OK and staying on track outside of our sessions. A quick 30-second check-in is all that's needed to improve program adherence and keeping you true to your goals.
