We are a clinic and gym located in downtown Toronto offering Salt Therapy. Our specialized Salt Therapy machine uses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt aerosol dispersed into the air to create a calming, spa-like environment inspired by natural salt caves. Since the machine is placed in our custom-designed Infrared Sauna, you have the option of combining the two therapies at the same time to achieve an even greater therapeutic effect. As a part of the same room where these therapies are located, you will also have access to Infrared Sauna, 4D Massage Chair, Red Light Therapy, Inversion table for spine decompression, Wet and Dry Sauna for Cardiovascular benefits, Salt Cave/Salt Booth (Salt Therapy and Halotherapy). Our Salt Therapy machine is able to disperse salt particles as small as 1 micron which is necessary to reach even the smallest alveoli in your lungs and penetrates even smalles pores in your skin to exert its full therapeutic effect. |
Our Wellness Room provides you access to different therapies like Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, 4D Massage Chair, Inversion Table, Salt Cave/Salt Booth (Halotherapy and Salt Therapy). You book the Wellness room duration and then decide how you wish to allocate this time amongs different therapies.
