Facility Upkeep + Brand Ambassador + Social Media Assistant

Pay: volunteer (non-paid);

Job description:

We are a clinic + gym based in downtown Toronto seeking motivated volunteers (20–30 yrs old) to help:

1. Maintain our clinic space (putting back equipment, keeping space tidy, restocking supplies, etc.);
2. Assist with social media content and engagement;
3. Financial incentives for referrals and new sign-ups you attract;
4. Opportunity to progress into a permanent paid position with additional responsibilities;
5. At least a 3-month commitment, but ideally long-term.

Perks:

1. Free use of all of our facilities in off-hours. This includes: private gym, Pilates rooms, sauna, treatment rooms, massage chair, inversion table, etc.). You can bring one person with you to keep you company;
2. Access to testing machines like InBody and 3D scan for your own personal use and one friend;
3. Flexible schedule;
4. Interact and gain knowledge from different healthcare professionals using our space, like physios, kinesiologists, massage therapists, pilates instructors, etc.;
5. Gain insight into clinic day-to-day operations;
6. Great opportunity if you are already a trainer, fitness student, or looking to become one. The clinic owner is open to providing you with direct mentorship to take on additional clinic and fitness responsibilities.

Commitment: 4–10 hours per week (flexible)

About you:

1. Friendly, outgoing, communicative, welcoming and uplifting personality, passionate about fitness, organized, great attention to detail, quick learner, punctual, lives close by;
2. Ability to lift occasionally 30-40 lbs;
3. Bonus - certified trainer, Pilates instructor, or looking to become one.
