How Wet & Dry Sauna Work
Our Wet & Dry Sauna raises body temperature, triggering natural thermoregulatory and cardiovascular responses, including:
Dry sauna: Hot air with low humidity Wet sauna (steam): Lower air temperature with high humidity Both deliver similar heat stress, with differences in comfort and breathing sensation. Once you are in the Sauna, the heaters will be turned on, delivering a steady source of heat. We will provide you with a spray water bottle to spray on the hot rocks above the heaters, which will then make water evaporate and thus increase humidity inside the sauna. This is how you can control humidity and air dryness inside the sauna. Evidence-Supported Benefits Regular sauna use has been associated with: ✔ Muscle relaxation and reduced stiffness ✔ Stress reduction and relaxation ✔ Temporary relief of muscular discomfort ✔ Improved circulation during and after use ✔ Post-exercise recovery support Large observational studies also associate frequent sauna use with cardiovascular health markers, though sauna is not a treatment for heart disease. |
Our Wellness Room provides you access to different therapies like Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, 4D Massage Chair, Inversion Table, Salt Cave/Salt Booth (Halotherapy and Salt Therapy). You book the Wellness room duration and then decide how you wish to allocate this time amongs different therapies.
