InBody 570 Scan - Toronto
Advanced Analysis
InBody 570 machine using cutting edge technology provides advanced analysis into how much fat, muscle and body water you carry on your body. In addition to this, fat/muscle values are presented separately for each arm and leg thus allowing us to measure side to side differences and asymmetries. No harmful X-rays signals emitted like some of the other body composition methods use (InBody uses harmless, low-level electrical current). We also gain insight into your visceral fat/adipose tissue around the organs which present a significant risk factor for overall health, stroke and heart disease. The InBody analysis machine can also measure your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water - values important for understanding fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts. What is the InBody 570 scan?
The InBody 570 is a body composition analyzer that uses only impedance to determine body composition results; no statistical data or empirical equations are used or required to predict body composition. It measures fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test. How is InBody test performed? Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body through the hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter is measured, and from there, your body composition is derived. Test takes around 45 seconds to complete. |
Segmental Lean Analysis
Get an in-depth analysis of your muscle mass. Evaluate if you have sufficient mass in each segment of the body (arms, legs, and trunk) and spot any imbalances between the limbs. Visceral Fat and Segmental Fat Analysis Where your body fat is located is just as important as how much you have. Focus on important areas like Visceral Fat, the type of fat that surrounds your vital organs to manage long term health. ECW/TBW Analysis Understand how body water impacts an individual’s body by identifying swelling and other types of water retention in the body. Body Composition History Track changes in Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, and Percent Body Fat over time. Spot trends and make timely adjustments to make sure you are headed in the right direction. No empirical estimations InBody machine uses patended technology to measures your impedance independently, so your results are not affected by your age, gender, ethnicity, athleticism, or body shape (Bioelectric Impedance Technology - BIA). We provide InBody scan in Toronto at our clinic/fitness studio (115 Wolseley Street). |
