The Medical Fitness Testing bundle includes the following tests (these tests can also be booked separately):

• Metabolism test (calculate how many calories, fat and carbs you burn per hour or for the whole day)
• ​InBody 570 Analysis (segmental and whole body muscle, fat and water analysis; visceral/fat around organs assessment)
• 3D Body Mapping (get a complete 3D model of your body with exact circumference and shape measurements)
• Ultrasound Body Composition Assessment (location-specific subcutaneous fat thickness measurements and 2D cross section imaging of muscle and fat)
• VO2max and endurance testing 
• Strength Assessment - full body isometric testing with objective data
• Spirometry (lung function and performance tests - FEV, FVC, etc.)
• Flexibility, Posture and muscle balance assessment.
• Blood pressure and heart rate measurements. 
• Blood oxygen saturation measurement.
• Electrocardiogram (ECG) screen.

The testing procedure takes about 3-hours. There are specific protocols in place before the test that we will ask you to follow in order to ensure validity and accuracy of the results (e.g. fasting, no caffeine, etc.).

If you are suffering from a medical condition or have a pacemaker, we might need an approval from your physician before booking the test or adjust some of the tests.

Results will be analyzed and emailed to you within 3-4 days. At that point, you have an option of booking a 60-minute call with Nem (MSci Exercise Physiology/registered kinesiologist) where we will explain the results and make personal recommendations (no additional charge).

*optional/added fee - exercise and nutrition programs customized based on your Medical Fitness Testing results that you can follow on your own with scheduled in-person or online check-ins (e.g. run your first 5K, marathon running, toning/fat loss, muscle and strength building, obstacle race, etc.).
