Virtual personal training is live personal training done online. We'll schedule our sessions just like you would do with regular in-person fitness training, but instead of meeting in-person, we'll meet online using one of the video call softwares we have available today (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, etc.)
Each session we'll take you through the whole program step by step to guide you and correct form. You will receive encouragement, motivation and accountability just like you would do with in-person training. Depending on your health/fitness goals, we'll also work on nutrition, sleep, stress, supplementation or anything else that might be holding you back. |

WORKOUT PROGRAM AND COACHING
Completely customized coaching. Whether or not you have a medical condition or joint/muscle issues, we'll get to the root of the problem to improve your health and fitness to move, feel and perform better at your best.

NUTRITION PLAN AND COACHING
We won't ask you to cut out foods you love or force you into a specific dieting approach. Instead, we'll teach you how to be flexible and eat the foods you want without compromising the results. Some adjustments will need to be made of course, but you'll learn how to create and sustain these healthier habits.

ONLINE ACCESS
In addition to in-person training and ongoing nutrition coaching, you'll get login details to your own personalized online TO Kinesiology account. Amongst other things, here you'll be able to track your progress, check your programs, upcoming/previous workouts and get access to our extensive educational library (videos, articles, recipes, ebooks, recommendations, etc.).

ACCOUNTABILITY
Having access to your online program creates the accountability you need outside of your in-person training sessions. This way, you have a coach in your pocket at all times, and not just when you are training together. Going on vacation and need some workouts to do at a hotel gym? Traveling for work and need some on-the-go healthy food recommendations? We have you covered.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We keep a fairly flexible schedule at all times, so that we can better cater to your needs and support you throughout the process. We are open 7-days a week, from early morning until late evening. We will match you with the right practitioner based on your goals, limitations and preferences.
