NUTRITION COACHING ONLY PACKAGE: If you've got your exercise program figured out and want to focus just on improving your nutrition and eating habits, then this option is for you. You'll get ongoing accountability and support to ensure your nutrition supports your health and fitness goals. Price for pay-as-you-go: $149/month+tax (discounts available for 3- and 6-month packages)
EXERCISE COACHING ONLY PACKAGE: This coaching package is recommended for TO Kinesiology clients who completed at least 3-months of Nutrition Plus Exercise Coaching Package and have mastered their exercise form and eating habits. You'll get a detailed exercise program every 4-6 weeks with planned progressions, so you'll have guidance and a clear idea of what you need to do. In addition to this, you'll get support from us to ensure accountability and program adherence. Price for pay-as-you-go: $149/month+tax (discounts available for 3- and 6-month packages)
NUTRITION AND EXERCISE COACHING PACKAGE: With this coaching package you get both - exercise and nutrition coaching. We'll adjust your nutrition to match your training for the best results! Price for pay-as-you-go: $249/month+tax (discounts available for 3- and 6-month packages)
VIP NUTRITION AND EXERCISE COACHING PACKAGE: With the VIP package you'll get our full support! With 24/7 email/text support and twice per week coaching calls, we'll be there for you every moment and every step of the way. If you are serious about completely changing your health and fitness and need lot's of one-on-one coach support, then this option is for you. Price for pay-as-you-go: $497/month+tax (discounts available for 3- and 6-month packages)

What are some of the benefits of online training?
- Scheduling is not an issue anymore. You don't depend on someone else's schedule You can workout whenever and wherever you want. We figure out a schedule that works best for you.
- We can be more flexible with the workout structure than a typical one-hour personal training session. Some of my clients split their workouts into two or three parts for example.
- Your results are our first priority. With online personal training, we take into account your schedule, lifestyle, preferences, equipment availability and much more.
- You don't have to go to a gym if you don't want to! Many of our clients achieved their health and fitness goals by simply working out from home without the use of expensive equipment. We can also advise you on getting particular exercise equipment that we think might help you in reaching your goals.
- Ongoing accountability and support. Rather than seeing your trainer only once or twice a week, with online training you get ongoing support on your health and fitness journey that's customized to your needs and preferences.
- It's more cost-effective than in-person training. You can get a whole month of ongoing exercise and fitness coaching for the price of less than 4 in-person sessions.
- Location is not an issue. You can work out with us from anywhere in the world!
