IN HOME, CONDO AND GYM PERSONAL TRAINING
We provide personal training services at our location or we can come to your apartment, house, gym or a nearby park. We will show you how to perform each exercise properly, guide you through progressions and modifications based on your unique anatomy and feedback. We'll also use these sessions to monitor progress more closely, work on changing eating habits and discuss other relevant health/fitness topics that will help us make consistent progress and avoid plateaus.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
EXERCISE AND NUTRITION
Online personal training/coaching is a more affordable and convenient option compared to regular personal training. You no longer have to schedule sessions with your personal trainer and travel to the gym. If you want to change your eating habits and work out where and when it's most convenient for you, then this option is for you. PERSONAL TRAINING AND COACHING FOR RUNNERS

Whether you are just starting out and looking to run your first race or you are more of an advanced runner looking to take your running to the next level, we can help! We provide in-person and online personal training specific to running. In addition to this, we provide nutrition coaching to make sure you are fueling your runs properly and managing body weight and composition adequately (i.e. the amount of fat and muscle mass you are carrying).
