HOW DOES IT WORK
We offer private workout spaces that can be booked by the hour or more at anytime (24/7).
HOW TO DO I BOOK A SESSION?
WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION ONCE I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
ARE YOU OPEN 24/7?
Yes. You can come to our studio and workout at any time of the day. As long as you see an available spot in our booking system, then it's available and you can use our studio then.
CAN I BRING A WORKOUT PARTNER WITH ME?
Due to government restrictions, at the moment we are only allowed to have one person inside the studio. This means you are not allowed to bring a workout partner. However, as soon as the government loosens the restrictions, we'll allow 2 people inside the studio, groups of 3 and more.
WHAT EXERCISE EQUIPMENT DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?
Currently, we have the following but we are planning to add more: two squat racks (450+ lbs available), Bowflex adjustable dumbbells (10-90 lb), 2x adjustable kettlebell (10-40 lb), cable machine, lat pulldown, cable row machine, swiss bar, safety bar, hex/trap bar, leg extension/leg curl machine, hip thrust/split squats stand, TRX/suspension trainer, weighted vest (up to 100 lbs), step-up box (20x24x30 inches), Exxentric Kbox, slideboard, battle ropes, bands, gliders, spin/exercise bike, yoga mat, physioball, foam roller, landmine attachments, jump rope, massage table.
HOW DO I GET IN?
Before your session, we’ll send you your unique access-code to unlock the studio. For any reservations that are scheduled outside of regular business hours, we send simple instructions by email on how to get into the building.
DO YOU HAVE A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Yes. If you do not cancel or reschedule your space rental at least 24-hours before the start of booking, you will be charged the full amount for that service. If you are arriving late, you will receive the remaining scheduled workout time. TO Kinesiology reserves the right to cancel space rental in which case you'll receive a full refund for the services you paid.
I BOOKED SPACE RENTAL FOR 1-HOUR. CAN I STAY LONGER
DOES CLEANING/TIDYING UP AFTER MY WORKOUT COUNTS TOWARDS MY TIME
Yes. Please leave 2-5 minutes towards the end of your workout to clean after yourself OR clean as you go along with your workout. Make sure to put everything back to its original place where you found it.
NOISE AND THE USE OF EQUIPMENT
Please be gentle with the equipment and minimize noise as much as possible. Don't drop weights or if you are going to be doing deadlifts, put down bar slowly and gently. You agree not to make excessive noise, nor create any noise nor conduct any other activity which would in our judgment disturb other TO Kinesiology clients, guests, or other tenants.
CAN I PLAY MUSIC FROM MY PHONE/SPEAKERS
Yes, as long as it's within reasonable loudness.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI/INTERNET INSIDE THE STUDIO?
Yes. Once you make a booking, email us to get WiFi details.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE STUDIO? HOW DO I LOCK THE DOOR?
Once you are done with the workout, you can just leave the studio through the same doors you entered. Make sure to press lock symbol on the smart lock to lock the door or wait 10 seconds for door to lock automatically. Ensure that the door is locked before leaving the location.
DO I NEED TO SIGN ANY FORMS BEFORE MY WORKOUT
I FORGOT MY PERSONAL BELONGING IN YOUR STUDIO. HOW I DO GET IT BACK?
Email us at email@example.com. However, keep in mind that TO Kinesiology is not responsible for any property you may leave behind in our space. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken all of your personal belongings when leaving our studio.
HOW CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
When you booked an appointment, you should've received an email confirmation. Go to that email and in it you'll find an option to cancel/reschedule as shown below on this image. Click on "reschedule or cancel" and you'll be taken to your account login page where you'll see all of your future and past bookings. Here you can cancel your appointment, or reschedule. Remember that we have 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you are unable to reschedule/cancel, that probaby means you are within 24-hour cancellatio window.
MY ONLINE BOOKING ACCOUNT
In your online booking account you can see your past and future appointments, cancel/reschedule appointment, see you personal info, change notification setting and update payments methods. To login to your account, go to the confirmation email you received from us when you booked an appointment. Click on "View Details" and you'll be taken to the login page. You'll need your phone number you used to book this appointment and/or email address.

HOW DO I USE ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS
To choose the weight, you need to select the same number on both sides. Make sure dumbbells are pressed into the base. If they are not pressed all the way in, you won't be able to use the dial mechanism to change the weight.
These dumbbells cannot be dropped, even from a low height. Put dumbbells softly onto the ground or bench. The clip below review the dumbbells we have in our gym.
DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS TECHNIQUE
As mentioned previously, these dumbbells cannot be droppped even from a low height. When doing dumbbell bench press, please use the following technique when putting dumbbells down on to the bench or floor.
DIAL LOCKED/I CANNOT SELECT DESIRABLE WEIGHT FIX
This happens when the dial is not properly aligned with the number you wish to select. Make sure to align dial with the number you wish to select until you hear a click. Here is how to fix the dumbbell if it gets stuck.
