RENT TREATMENT ROOM / CLINIC SPACE IN TORONTO
We are offering private room rental to any of the following:
Location: 115 Wolseley Street (downtown location - close to Bathurst/Queen Street West intersection).
Rates start as low as $9+tax/hour and go up $55+/hour, depending on the specific space and whether you are booking as you go or sign up for a package/membership.
Our typical clients include: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Physiotherapists (PT), Chiropractors, Osteopath, Kinesiologist, Acupuncturists, Dietician/ Nutritionist, Athletic therapist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapists (OTs), Tattoo artist, Eyebrow and Nail Technician, Eyelash specialist, Nurses, etc.
You'll have the whole space to yourself. Street level entrance. We have a massage table with stretching straps and exercise equipment. Pilates reformer with vertical stand + stability chair + all accesories. Private parking spot. Wi-fi, private washroom with showers. Potential for referrals between different practitioners.
Before the start of your booking, we will ask you to provide one piece of ID and sign an agreement form.
PLEASE NOTE - the space is noise and vibration-sensitive. We take great care of the space and screen everyone entering our space to make sure it's a good fit. We ask you to take care of the space and equipment. Every piece of equipment is carefully curated and placed in an appropriate spot for a reason. Master Massage Table, nice sink, two Pilates Reformers (V2 Max Reformer with Vertical Cage + SPX Reformer with Vertical Stand). One reformer can be put up or down depending on your needs. TRX, Bands, Weights
WELLNESS ATTIC ↓ (pay as you go: $35+hst/30-min or $50+hst/hour: membership - as low as $25+hst/hour)
Infrared Sauna with Halotherapy (Salt Therapy/Salt Booth), Red Light Therapy, Inversion Table, 4D Massage Chair. CN Tower views.
PRIVATE WET/DRY SAUNA ↓ (pay as you go: $25+hst/30-min or $40+hst/hour: membership - as low as $20+hst/hour)
You can rent our private Wet & Drya Sauna for your or your clients (4-6 people)

Private workout room with cable machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, stepper, Physioball, portable squat rack, bar, etc. Massage Table can be brought in easily from the space adjacent to this room.
CLINIC - MAIN AREA ↓ (pay as you go rate: $20+/hour; membership rate - as low as $10+hst/hour)
Private workout room with treadmill, Keiser assault bike, dumbbells, multi-function strength machine, pull up rings, isometric machine, portable Massage Table (two tables available).

SEMINAR AREA ↓(pay as you go rate: $40+/hour; membership rate - as low as $33+hst/hour)
Six (6) Reformers that can be lifted up or down and if combined with room A, it gives you two additional reformers with a total of 8 (eight) Reformers. Reformers can be put up vertically to free up space for yoga mats, presentations, photography, etc. TRX, weights, bands and foam rollers available.
FITNESS STUDIO (BASE FLOOR) ↓ ($25+hst/hour - one person working out OR one practitioner+ one client; $40+hst/hour - two people working out OR one practitioner + two clients, group class rate - $70+hst/hour)
Fully equipped gym with a separate entrance and private bathroom. You will have this whole space to yourself. Portable Massage Table available inside this space for hands-on work and stretching. Stereo speaker system.
MULTI ROOM EVENT SPACE ↓(pay as you go rate: $55+/hour; membership rate - as low as $42+hst/hour)
Multi-Room Event Space consists of the following spaces combined together: Seminar area + room A + room B + Wellness room + kitchen + private bathroom + separate private entrance)
Multi-Room Event Space consiste of the following spaces combined together - Seminar area + room A + room B + kitchen + private bathroom + separate private entrance. This space is ideal if you need full privacy for group events and classes. You get exclusive access to kitchen and one bathroom. Entrance door to this space can be closed, ensuring separation from the rest of the space. Host group classes, presentations, fitness events, screenings, photography, filming, cooking classes, workshops, etc.
