My Fitness Pal is a mobile app that allows you to track calorie and macronutrient (protein, carbs and fats) intake. The amount of calories you consume determines whether you will gain or lose weight. Where those calories are coming from (i.e. protein, carbs or fats), determines whether that weight gain or weight loss will come from fat, muscle or water weight.
One of the most common health/fitness goals is weight loss. There are 3 main ways to achieve this:

One of our clients lost 60 lbs so far! Due to living a very busy and stressful life, she had a hard time finding time to exercise and figuring out how to gain control of her eating. She has never lost more than 25 lbs and had many periods where she would lose weight and then gain everything back. Her main problems were eating out too often and using food as stress relief.
